The studio packages are a great way to start exercising with lighter and smaller weights. The discs can easily be stored and moved with ease, and are color-coded for easy weight identification. The bar does not hold any additional weight. The collars also secure the discs in place and allow the bar and weights to be used safely. The 17.5kg rep set package includes:
